Joske
de Koning
Joske was sworn in as an attorney in 2007 and has been a partner at Poët since 2017. She advises and litigates in civil cases primarily in the areas of liability law, commercial litigation and tenancy and real estate law.
Her particular interests include cases in which fundamental rights clash. Among other things, she has successfully litigated the clash between the right to freedom of association and the interest of maintaining public order, the clash between the right to freedom of expression and the right to respect for privacy, and the clash between the right to strike and the right to respect for privacy.
Joske has extensive experience in integrity issues in the political domain and with the association law organization of political parties.
