Political parties, organizations and individuals are increasingly faced with integrity issues. In the political domain, mutual employment relations and within organizations, issues regularly arise that relate to conflicts of interest, fraud, (sexual) transgressive behavior, abuse of a position of power or authority, discrimination and violation of codes of conduct.
Integrity is not a fixed concept and its interpretation is constantly evolving. Moreover, that interpretation depends on the specific context in which a situation occurred. In the public and semi-public domain, for example, different standards apply than in the private sector, and in the employment relationship hierarchy and dependence play a special role. Each integrity issue thus requires its own approach. We have the specialist knowledge and experience needed to choose the right one.
Our team assists parties facing an integrity issue within their organization, as well as defendants and complainants. In doing so, we work with our clients to keep control of the process and (public) perception.
