Lotens
Lotte started practicing law in 2009. In 2015, she switched to the corporate world, where she worked as an in-house lawyer in the tech industry where she was responsible for global employment law. During her years in-house, Lotte frequently dealt with organizational changes and cooperation with the works council. She has also led large HR projects from a to z, from reorganizations, to the introduction and adjustment of compensation plans and the global transition to a hybrid work model.
Lotte also worked temporarily as senior HR Business Partner and advised several management teams and board members. She therefore knows better than anyone else what interests are at play within a company and that reality is not exclusively legal. She is to the point, practical and solution-oriented.
She has been affiliated with Poët since 2024. Lotte assists employers, employees, works councils and statutory directors.
